Microsoft Netherlands prices checked 15 September 2026: Microsoft 365 Copilot €26 per user/month with annual payment; Copilot Business promotional price €15.60 for eligible customers. Enter your contracted rate if it differs.
Comparison covers AI costs. The separate Microsoft 365 base licence is excluded. Copilot includes native Microsoft 365 app integrations; features differ. Copilot Chat is included at no extra charge with eligible Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
Sluis estimate = people × monthly spend per person, which is the provider list price plus Sluis's 10%. Annual figures hold these monthly rates constant. BYOK/custom provider rates, managed coding-agent accounts and Sluis Edge have separate terms. Sluis pricing details.

A few useful answers.
Do I pay for every person in my organisation?
No. Sluis Workspace and Gateway have no per-seat licence fee. The managed access price is based on model usage, plus the Sluis fee.
Is the 10% the only fee?
For managed model access, yes: the provider's list price plus 10%. Optional checks are metered on top: AI name recognition costs €0.005 (Swift) or €0.01 (Deep) per inspected request, and the scope guard and documents you add to Knowledge are billed like any model call, for the tokens of their judge or embedding model at list price plus 10%. The calculator estimates model usage only.
How do I activate an account?
Sign up and buy prepaid credit in the console. Automatic top-up runs on a card; a one-off top-up can also use iDEAL. Sluis can enable SEPA Direct Debit and payment by invoice for your organisation. There is no platform subscription.
Can I set a hard spending limit?
Yes. Set a workload budget and choose Block for over-use. Notify-only mode records and alerts on over-use while requests continue, so spending can exceed that limit.
Is Sluis always cheaper than Copilot?
No. It depends on usage, model choice and your Copilot plan. The calculator shows both outcomes and the break-even point. Microsoft 365 integrations and included Copilot Chat are different offerings.
What happens when I disconnect a managed account?
No further calendar month is charged for that account. Its fee is separate from metered Gateway usage and the provider’s own subscription.
Can we manage multiple client organisations?
